We carefully select high-quality ingredients from Shimane, focusing on the bounty of the Sea of Japan. We take advantage of the bounty of each season and carefully prepare dishes that are unique to this region.
Shokusai Nakashima, located in the Kyoten shopping district in Matsue City, is a reservation-only Japanese restaurant that takes a serious look at seasonal ingredients and serves dishes that reflect the local climate.
We offer dishes that are carefully prepared to bring out the natural flavors of the ingredients, along with fine sake selected from local breweries. Please take your time to enjoy the harmony between the food and the sake.

We carefully select sake to complement the food and will suggest it based on the day's menu.
We especially recommend the delicious Junmai sake brewed by a brewer in Shimane. Its flavor really stands out when served warm.
We also carry a selection of fine sake from all over Japan, which you can enjoy in harmony with our cuisine.
